We accommodate traveling visitors and local families for their occasional need and when out-of-town guests arrive. Additionally, we offer longer term options for corporate relocations and temporary medical rentals. Rockabye is a favorite of grandparents, we carry a large inventory of gear for babies and toddlers, such as cribs rental, car seats, baby beds, highchairs, strollers and more! Services are offered at an additional cost. Delivery/Pickup r are based on Zip Code of Delivery location and range from $10 to $80. A delivery fee applies each time we deliver to a location. It is best to have 2 separate orders when you have 2 separate delivery dates or delivery locations. ***We make every effort to arrive on time to deliveries, however due to unpredictable traffic situations and possible delays, we do not guarantee exact delivery times. Allow a 2-hour window for Delivery and Pickup.***
Self Pickup & Return - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY We offer self pickup and return as a convenience for our clients. We meet clients at our designated locations. These locations are easy to identify and have ample parking. We request that dirty items be returned in bags so staff is not handling dirty items. No delivery fee applies for Self Pickup / Self Return. Please be aware that we do not release wood/metal cribs or mobility scooters for self pickup, those items require delivery.
Cancellation outside 5-days prior to delivery date will receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee.
Cancellation between 5-days and 2-days prior to delivery date will receive a 50% refund of total order.
Cancellation inside 2-days of original scheduled delivery or On-Site cancellation, No-Show for Airport Drop Off/Pick up and/or No-Show for Self Pickup will not be refunded. Items not returned on scheduled return date will continue to incur rental daily charges. Items returned damaged and/or lost/stolen items will be billed full retail replacement value plus all shipping and taxes.
